I do recommend one to one consultations as it provides individuals with the ability to resolve their issue and  develop based on their unique needs.

I undertake one off session for those who need an insight but also undertake a number of sessions based on a package arrangement. Alternatively I can also offer a monthly subscription based service.  

I tend to be able to shed light and solve those situations which are extremely unusual and difficult for others to understand let alone resolve. I have worked with extreme situations such as cancers  where I can provide assistance to understanding the why and remedial complementary health actions .

I host weekly Development Groups on Thursday evenings whereby individuals can develop their skills within a group environment. The development circles utilise tools available through spirituality e.g. meditation, inner guidance etc.

 I teach specific development courses in a number of areas of spirituality. Participants have rated these courses at least 4.5 out of 5. The World Today

In today’s modern world, people have their basic needs met but happiness can be elusive. Significant increases in depression, anxiety, stress etc. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) are seen as an option for conditions associated with the mind and extremely helpful.

Mindfulness Benefits (MBSR)

  • Stay focused on a task without the mind being distracted by thoughts about the past or future.

  • Find a sense of calm in the midst of stressful or emotionally-challenging situations.

  • Manage their own internal states, impulses and resources with greater awareness.

  • Increase engagement and satisfaction with work.

  • Identify and maintain their peak performance stress-level.

  • Recognise and more skilfully deal with distraction, perfectionism, and procrastination.

  • Improve listening and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Cultivate resilience to help combat low-moods and poor self-esteem.


I offer training on a one to one basis or groups of people. I have developed and undertaken training with groups of up to 15 people however my preferred group size is 10 persons as it enables a better interaction with participants.

An Programme over 8 weeks

  • Initial session: Introduction to Mindfulness
  • 2nd session/week: Breath, Body awareness and movement 
  • 3rd session/week: Being present
  • 4th session/week: Acceptance and allowing
  • 5th session/week: Responding to stress
  • 6th session/week: Dealing with others
  • 7th session/week: Taking more care of ourselves
  • 8th session/week: Keeping it going 

Sessions have a presentation (includes videos), practise and the initial session is 2 hours and the following weekly sessions are 1 hour.  

Workbook folder will be provided for:

  • “Happiness” (home) work exercises
  • Download details for presentations and videos
  • Printed “Question and Answers” for each session
  • Printed additional reading

Mobile APP recommendation included as part of final session to ensure ongoing practise resource.

Cost dependent on circumstances and group size.
