Inner Child Healing Programme – Prognosis Only

Many people have issues based on beliefs that are held in their subconscious mind which stem from childhood memories. The memories and emotional experience creates “blockages” in our lives which keep us either repeating patterns or generally just not overall happy and effects a person’s development. There are a number of areas that I have been able to psychically investigate, discuss, and work through to resolve with thousands of clients such that I have now developed a programme as a result of this work. There are a variety of ways to undertake inner child healing. Examples of these would be regression or hypnosis therapy, Timeline Therapy, self-hypnosis through meditation or subliminal healing through music. The method that I have developed brings together these different solutions and represents a holistic approach to inner child healing. My programme not only looks at a person’s childhood but also the time when they were in their mother’s womb; every thought or emotion the mother has, her baby is exposed to.  Most importantly, my programme includes a scoring mechanism and although a person can feel happier, it gives concrete data in a measurable and visible way.

This description gives you a good understanding of the service you can expect from me. To move forward and assist you in overcoming your inner child issues the following steps are undertaken in this programme:

• The Prognosis: Understand the core issue(s) of your inner child with a baseline Inner Child Happiness Index (or ICHI).
• Impact Assessment: Understand how the inner child can affect your perception and relationships.
• Remedy: Heal your inner child through meditation, self-hypnosis and/or subliminal-based inner child healing.

1       Prognosis

The method I have developed to assist clients is called the “Blue Sky Assessment method©”.  Essentially, I undertake a regression with a client where I guide them in “seeing” the sky above themselves from age 15 years and under. At each age, an assessment (a score between 0 and 9 inclusive) is made by the client; a clear blue sky representing a happy time is marked with a zero, alternatively, a dark and stormy time is indicated by a 9. A similar method is used during the unborn child stage but rather than the sky above, the client will evaluate how they feel in their mother’s womb.

Regular assessments are undertaken to track the changes being made through the scores. I have developed a few indexes which represent the average scores received and this aids in seeing measurable changes.

1.1      Inner Child Happiness Index (ICHI)

The average of the assessment scores from ages 1 to 15 years, inclusive.

1.2      Unborn Child (Fetus) Happiness Index (FHI)

The average of the assessment scores from fetal ages one month to 9 months old.

1.3      Overall Happiness Index (OHI)

The overall average of all the assessment scores.

2       Impact Assessment (Prognosis)

The Prognosis is undertaken in the initial session and the scores will provide great reinforcement and visible data as the changes take place.  The Prognosis will also provide indicators on the causes of the inner child trauma and the resulting tools to be used in the healing process.  There is a small likelihood that an in-depth evaluation will be required for specific, significant inner child traumas.   

3       Remedy/Healing

During the regressions, healing will take place and this will likely involve not only the client but the client at an age where they were very happy (“the happy version”).  The idea is the client and the happy version of the client will comfort the inner child and dissolve the “emotional charge” from the memory. If the memory is suppressed, then removing the emotional charge is likely to give full visibility to the actual events that created the memory.

The technique for the unborn baby is slightly different.  Although the unborn baby is feeling certain emotions, these will stem from the mother, therefore, both baby and version of the mother (in the baby’s mind) will need to be healed.  There will also be a number of holistic tools used to support the healing programme.

4       Time and Cost

Regression sessions are between 30 minutes and 90 minutes.  Normally, regression sessions cost between £90 to £150 per hour; however my rate is £90 per session (no time limit and a session may consist of two half hours). The expected number of sessions would be, a Prognosis 4 healing and remedy sessions:

Prognosis and assessment:          1 session (£55)

Healing and remedy sessions:      4 sessions (£90 each)

Total                                                   5 sessions (maybe reduced or increased depending on the needs of the clients)

Payment can be for the Prognosis initially and then the balance can be paid after the Prognosis if you wish to progress to the next stage. There are either 3 or 4 Healing and remedy sessions and the exact number is dependent on individual.
